Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use the form on our Let’s Talk page, we collect your name, email address, company name and the message you write. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss whether we can help your business.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the website that referred you, your browser and device type, and your approximate location (city or region, based on your IP address). We do not use this information to identify you personally.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and schedule a conversation
  • To provide and improve our services
  • To understand which pages are helpful and improve the website
  • To keep the website secure and working properly
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website and our business, and only as needed for that purpose:

  • WP Engine hosts the website and stores form submissions.
  • Google provides Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Workspace (email and the spreadsheet where we keep enquiries).
  • YouTube (Google) may show a video on our homepage. Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, so YouTube does not set cookies until you play a video.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies

Google Analytics uses cookies such as _ga to tell visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on. The website works without these cookies.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to manage any working relationship that follows, and then for as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop contacting you, by emailing kayla@accountful.io. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor requests as required.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn and Clutch. Their privacy practices are their own; please review their policies.
